Oncalis has initiated the development of very promising orally available kinase inhibitors:

> RAF/EGFR/EphB4 inhibitor (ONC-101):

ONC-101 is unique in that it inhibits a unique combination of three kinases RAF, EGFR and EphB4. This combination reduces not only cancer cell growth but also its metastasis potential. ONC-101 has favourable oral bioavailability, cellular and in vivo properties and no known toxicity. Hence Oncalis has initiated its development focused towards metastatic diseases such as metastatic melanoma. Breast, ovarian, prostate and lung cancers, among others, may also be the target of ONC-101. ONC-101 is a first-in-class and has therefore an extremely high potential. Oncalis also has a whole family of ONC-101 earlier stage derivatives of potential interest in oncology, such as the BRAF-specific inhibitor ONC-400.
